Benefits

Paid Time Off

For vacation, personal time and illness. Depending on your position, there are different PTO plans, accrual and rollover options.

Eligibility:

For most full-time positions after 90 days of employment. Accrual schedules may differ per position.

Bereavement Days

Non-clinical employees are eligible for bereavement time up to 3 consecutive days for immediate family members.

Eligibility:

Full-time, non-clinical employees are eligible for bereavement time. This paid time off will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the employee’s supervisor and human resources.

Paid Holidays

Time off with pay for New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (1/2 day), Christmas, and New Year’s Eve (1/2 day).

Eligibility:

For full-time exempt and non-exempt employees after 90 days. Part-time, contractual or temporary employees are not eligible for holiday pay.

Eligibility:

For all full-time employees after 90 days of employment. Part-time employees are not eligible for medical insurance.

Dental Insurance Plan

Eligibility:

For all full-time employees after 90 days of employment. Part-time employees are not eligible for dental.

Aflac and Legal Shield

Eligibility:

Voluntary short-term disability plans are available to all full-time and part-time employees at hire or during open enrollment. These benefits are employee funded.

Retirement Plan

Company provides employees with a match on their 401k retirement account. Employees are 100% vested once enrolled. Plan is offered by Edward Jones.

Eligibility:

Full-time and part-time employees are eligible to enroll after 90 days of employment. Full-time employees are eligible for the employer match after 1 year of service.

Continuing Education Reimbursements

For employees who are required to take specific trainings and/or achieve certain certifications or licenses.

Eligibility:

Reimbursement eligibility and amounts are dependent on position type and funds available.

Medical Expenses Reimbursements

$2,000 reimbursement program for eligible medical expenses. This program is provided through Claim Choice.

Eligibility:

For full-time employees enrolled in one of company’s medical plans. Eligible expenses are determined by Claim Choice. All claims should be sent in with the qualifying documentation.
